Returns must be initiated within 10-DAYS from ORDER DELIVERY.

We have a smaller window to ensure goods are sent back in a timely manner so correct sizes can be dispatched.

We are committed to creating a positive shopping experience and understand when things don't always look and fit as expected.

Returns that fall outside this window will be issued a CREDIT.

Pre-Order items are CREDIT/EXCHANGE only.

Once your label is emailed directly from Canada Post, you will be notified (remember to check junk folder if you have not seen it). Customers have 5 days to drop off at CP office - note late sending could impact refunds.


Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser ́s method of payment once goods arrive back to the warehouse.

Items must be returned in unused condition with original tags and hygiene strip attached. NOTE: IF HYGIENE STRIP IS REMOVED, YOUR ITEM(S) CANNOT BE RETURNED.


Please note that ALL garments should be washed in COLD and hung dry. Always refer to the specific care instructions in the Side Seam or at the Center Back seam. White garments are susceptible to stains so please use caution with makeup and dark oils and sunscreen.

All garments can be dry cleaned should stains appear and we suggest freshening your whites yearly.



All BETH RICHARDS Garments are made with the highest quality technical stretch fabric from Italy.  The fabric will soften when wet so refer to the fit guide and sustainability page to learn more.

BETH RICHARDS supports Ethical Manufacturing and all garments are Made in Canada by highly skilled workers who are experts in their trades.
